Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. Following his fame-making performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow the actor has appeared in more than 20 feature films, like The Core. In addition, he has appeared on over 22 TV shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and others. Qualls had been diagnosed as having Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled it ever since. His cancer was in remission after 2 years. Treatment at a young age had an adverse effect on the body. This impeded his growth. The financial security was his first goal once he got started because he had experienced poverty throughout his life. When he was interviewed, he stated that if I don't have financial stability or I find myself feeling out of control in the world, I'll feel miserable. In addition, when he thinks back to his childhood, he wants to change the course of the problem of bullying. DJ says that "Cruelty causes pain to my soul." Both in real life and on screen, DJ would love to be a father. The director admits that they do not cast DJ in such characters. It's a dream to be one day the parent of his own child, at which point the time comes when he can devote much less time working and devote it to his children.
